In-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our Auckland warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Pre-order and backorder items show their expected dispatch window on the product page.
Standard delivery: 2-7 business days within New Zealand. Rural addresses may take 1-3 additional business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size/weight of your order, and shown before you pay.
Tracking details are emailed at dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, contact us at contact@tangem.nz and we will investigate with the carrier.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us at contact@tangem.nz with your order number and (for damage) photos – we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
